SHIPPING

Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you will have given us (it can be different from your billing address).

Several modes of delivery are proposed:

• Non-tracked letter for the shipment of scented keys and individual samples.

• France :
• Standard Colissimo in 48-72h
• Express Chronopost in 24 h

• EU & UK:
• Express Chronopost - average delay of 2 to 3 days

• Europe outside EU & UK:
• Express delivery - average delay of 3 to 5 days

• Export outside Russia (Americas, Middle East, Asia, Africa...) :
• Express delivery - average delay of 3 to 10 days.

 

RETURN AND REFUND

You have 7 days to retract from the reception of your package.

The returned items must be unopened, undamaged and complete.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please write to us by email at contact@spoturno.com.

We will then issue a return label from the same carrier that sent your package.

The cost of this label will be deducted from the refund. In case of withdrawal, we will refund the payment received within 7 days, by bank transfer, after receipt and verification of the returned products.
